After extensive testing of Qwen2.1, Flux3, and MOSS architectures, I've come to an important conclusion:
While each of these models shows promising technical capabilities and unique artistic sensibilities, none of them currently serve as a viable alternative to my fine-tuned KREA2 workflow.
The time investment was valuable — I spent hours on custom QKV fusion scripts, LoRA merging, and architectural experiments with MOSS. However, the results speak for themselves:
Speed: KREA2 generates production-quality images in seconds, not minutes
Consistency: After six months of fine-tuning, KREA2 delivers predictable, museum-quality results every time
Quality: The aesthetic control, anatomical accuracy, and cinematic lighting in KREA2 remain unmatched by these newer architectures
The bottom line: New models are interesting from a technical perspective, but for professional work and creative projects, a well-polished, custom fine-tuned model still reigns supreme.
